Submission Guidelines

Guideline for abstract and full paper submission:

All participants are invited to submit abstracts or full papers. Submitted abstracts or full papers will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organizing Committee. 

Your registration is required to access an abstract submission, but the payment is not mandatory at this stage, unless you get the notification of acceptance. Only accepted abstracts or full paper, will be published in the abstract book or proceeding after the full payment of registration fee has been made. (Please make a payment by July 10, 2017) 

You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission by checking the status upon log-in to your account. If your status does not update within 24 hours after your abstract submission, please do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail at

Poster Guideline :

Poster size: A0 size (90 * 120 cm, wide * high) in portrait format ONLY. A poster number will be assigned to each presenter and will be announce along with the presentation date. All poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their own poster. 

Lettering and Figures: Lettering for the title should be large. Font type and size are not restricted. However, text should be readable from a distance of 2m. Simple typefaces are preferable to fancy fonts. Figures should be simple and bold and must contain sufficient detail to be able to stand alone, i.e. graph axes clearly labeled, symbols fully explained, etc

Plenary speaker 40 min. including Q&A

Keynote speaker 30 min. including Q&A

Invited speaker 20 min. including Q&A

Oral presentation 15 min. including Q&A
